Absolutely abysmal store at this point. Stock, organization, customer service, you name it. I have to stop going here lol (Staff was quite rough checking out on 9/4. Took my cash, miscounted it, didn’t apply it to the purchase. Bad time man.)

First visit to this location. *Pleasantly surprised, this location has a working electric cart. The store has amazing lighting. I was able to find items easily. Able to get items easily from shelf. Checkout was quick.

It was my great pleasure to work with Tegan. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about frames and mats. She assisted me in putting together several custom frames for my high school track team and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. Tegan kept me informed throughout the process and even contacted me when my orders were ready. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciate all of her help. We stopped by Michael’s to pick up supplies for the kids to make The Mr.’s birthday Rice Krispies treats. The store had a cool, welcoming, creative vibe, and it was easy to walk through and find what we needed. We went in looking for sprinkles, cookie cutters, and food coloring. The only downside was that the sprinkles and food coloring we checked either contained things we couldn’t have (milk or gluten) or didn’t have clear allergy labeling, so we had to skip those. Something to keep in mind if you’re shopping with dietary restrictions. On the bright side, we did find some really cute cookie cutter shapes and silicone molds, which made up for it. And of course, I couldn’t leave without stopping by the yarn section — I fell in love a little 😂 It actually brought back memories of going to Joann’s with my Granny growing up. She used to make hats and beautiful dolls, so being in that kind of space always feels a little nostalgic. Michael’s isn’t exactly the same, but it’s a really good alternative. The staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and she even gave the kids a little hint on what they could get me for Mother’s Day 😁❤️🌷 Overall, a really n

They’re doing themselves a disservice by not fixing the neon light that displays their name at the front of the building. Good experience as usual, Chrissy was very nice and explained some new framing products, as well as trying to pitch us on the credit card. BIG sales after Christmas that looked good.
